SIGNAGE
INTRODUCTION

For this project, my group was assigned to work with a client named Bluegrass Roots, a voter advocation non-profit. We were tasked with the assignment of creating a full visual design system along with a range of applications including stationary, posters, social media graphics, and more.

BACKGROUND

Bluegrass Roots is aiming to be Kentucky’s preliminary advocate for voter registration, education, and protection. In terms of increasing voter registration, they are aiming to reach multiple demographics including young voters (ages 18-25), non-violent felons that have served the terms of their sentence, minorities, and people part of the LGBTQ+ community. In order to help voters, they plan to share information on registration status, polling locations, and include bilingual voting tools.

APPROACH

The branding was created with the intent of being politically-neutral, reaching all audiences, and portraying a friendly, encouraging tone.

This project was completed with my classmates Tim Bowen, Makayla McCarty, Haley Hartley, and Alyssa DeJesus.
